Production Description


  • Main functions: Realize the compensation of the tripod and barrel body matching hole automatically expanding screw and the whole barrel height tolerance, meet the whole barrel height tolerance < ±0.5mm, and realize the fastening of the tripod and barrel body
  • Mold configuration: The equipment is equipped with 490, 525mm barrel diameter barrel body positioning tooling, tripod copying positioning tooling and tooling parts.
  • Type change: the program needs to be called to meet the assembly fastening of different types of barrel body and tripod with the same barrel diameter. The switching time is < 5 minutes.The positioning fixture needs to be mechanically replaced, which can meet the fastening of the assembly of the barrel body and tripod with different barrel diameters and models, and the switching time is less than 30 minutes.
